Several kinds of resin nanometer composites were prepared with sulfonic acid cation exchange resin of strong acid type in this paper, such as the resin nanometer barium sulfate, the resin nanometer cerium, the resin nanometer cerium phosphatic, the resin nanometer lanthanum, the resin nanometer lanthanum phosphatic, the resin nanometer copper and the resin nanometer copper phosphatic. These composites were scanned by electron transmission microscope .The distribution and dimension of these particles in resin were confirmed. At the same time, we obtained the electron diffraction images, and made sure of the accumulation crystal type of these particles by analyzing these images. Computerized Tomography (CT) was used to these absorption coefficients , and their absorption coefficients to X-ray were confirmed . These absorption coefficients straightly represented these composites'radiation protection capability. The characteristics and contributions of this paper as follows: 1. Seven resin nanometer anorganic composites were prepared with sulfonic acid cation exchange resin of strong acid type. 2. By determining CT value, the error arised by their thickness and vessel's thickness was eliminated when resin nanometer anorganic composites absorb X-ray, and the precision was increased. So a token method was provided to measure the electromagnetism eradiation attenuation. 3. The absorption ability to X-ray of resin nanometer anorganic composites is stronger than that of common grains in the same concentration. Because these anorganic grains distributed in the resin, their specific gravity is little and materials needed is few. The resin may cooperate well with common materials because it is united with organic product, and it obviously has practical apply value. 4. These anorganic grains'dimension and accumulation crystal type in resin don't change after being scanned by electron transmission microscope, and this paper provide a method to prevent nanometer particles reunite. 5,We have made a elementary study for intensifying screen, and qualitatively seen the applied foreground of rare earth element in this field.
