Through investigating and detecting the present condition, find that domestic and international study about floatation did not a few researches, but the TiO2 floatation control research is still very weak. At the same time, the ISA technique of detecting solid state TiO2 get some achievement, but it can't be used in this thesis.According to present condition, the difficulty of floatation control can be recognized. From floatation experience and studies in the laboratory, as long as can solve the medicine quantity in the TiO2 floatation, it can be will produce the good control effect.Based on carefully investigating actually spot condition, put forward to Rough control, combing the classic control mode.Firstly making use of controller get important parameter that reflect the condition of produce. Such as mineral syrup density, mineral syrup flux, the pH parameter etc. At the same time, the collected data are delivered to the supervise machine with the synchronization data, which brings operator and manager many advantages. It gets the good opinion.Make use of the mineral experience, experiment to get the fluxion coefficient under the different density mineral syrup. Finally using the mineral experience calculation formula compute the mineral flux, and it can be experimented for the follow-up Rough control use.Apply the Rough Sets , control the first floatation and the second etc. At the same time, control the two floatation.From record and analysis results of product and each important index sign comparing with the former production index sign, this floatation control system is viable. For example mineral syrup density's examination result can satisfy production request. And making use of the Rough Sets gets the theories of TiO2 floatation control strategy is viable, meanwhile that rise product yield and quantity. |
