Aiming at the process equipments are mostly designed according to the static design standard of the normalregulations, in addition to the tower equipments and tubular heat exchanger Currently. But the destruction of the alternating stresses that brought by alternating loads can't make a reasonable evaluation and prevention. So it can't guarantee that the equipments have good dynamic characteristics. This topic offers the dynamic optimization method based on the structural dynamic modification to dynamic optimize the process equipments.Firstly, analyze the loads of the process equipments, and emphatically analyze the pressure fluctuation that is the important dynamic load in the process equipments; discuss the dynamic model of the process equipments, and introduce the finite element modeling method by an example.Secondly, introduce the dynamic analysis of the process equipments, and emphatically introduce the eigenvalue, eigenvector and response analysis.Thirdly, discuss the base fundament of the structural dynamic modification.
