This text burned to some familiar industry solid alkali waste to proceed the thorough research with the desulfurizing process, in order to increases the function provides the practical leading with the desulphuriztion for combustion.Based in the experiments on the high-temperature tub reactor and the intelligent desulfurizing equipment, asked for help from the thermobalance and the X-ray analysis technique, the writer researched the calcination process and desulfurizing process of some Industry solid alkalinous waste, such as the paper making mud, the natroncalk making salt slurry, the red mud, the carbide slag he calcined soda making alkali slag, the powder ash from stove, the power furnace slag. Making use of them, the writer synthesized seven kinds of compound desulfurizers, which are better than single sample in calcium utilization.The writer collected several of industry alkali solid wastes and investigated their creation mechanism and exhausts the circumstance. Pass the inquisition detecting, the solid waste source is extensive, the category is numerous, their constitutes are complex. A series of business enterprise such as metallurgy industry, chemical and engineering industry, mineral industry, petroleum chemistry industry, exhausts the solid discards that few ten million ton account annually. All their calcium utilization attains 70% above; individual can attain 90% above, such as the red mud and limestone 2:3, the red mud and the white mud 3:2, the white mud and the carbide slag 9:1.The author also returns to proceed to investigate the desuldurizing ability of the carbide slag, the limestone, the calcium lime, the natroncalk making salt slurry, the white mud, the calcined soda making alkali slag, the red mud. Through experiments discovering the temperature influence to the desulfurzing ability of every alkali waste is different, in addition to the natroncalk making salt slurry, they are all along with the temperature to go up, the calcium utilization increases, but the speed is decreased, calculating from this, they should all have a best desulfurzing temperature. Under the experiment, the best desulfurzing temperature of the red mud is 800°C; the best desulfurzing temperature oft the calcined soda making alkali slag, the white mud, and the natroncalk making salt slurry is all 850°C; the carbide slag and the calcium lime's best temperature is at 950°C. Comparing the sulfation after the calcinations with the desulfation and the calcinations in the same time, the later have the higher calcium utilization. So, the calcinations is not very benefit in increase the calcium utilization. Return the detection, the minor grain size of the reaction sample is benefit to the exaltation calcium utilization, but the grain size is too small, the grain is easy to be taken by the current of air, so there should have a best grain size. Some oxides (such as AI7O3) can form into the new high temperature resistant phase with the desulfur product-CaSO4. CaSC>4 can combinative with the oxide of Si-Al in the new phase of 3CaO ? 3AI2O3 ? CaSCU, that can overlay or wrap up the crystal of CaSO4 surface, repressing its decomposition, also can increases effectively desulfur result. The Fe2O3 can increase the decomposition temperature of CaSO4; run-up the CaSCVs oxidizes reaction. The CaSC>4 crystal and Si, Fe have got depending close symbiosis on relation, and adhering to wrapping up its surface. The high melting temperature silicates can protect the newborn sulfate.
