Ni-p Plated, Carbon Steel Heat Exchanger Surface Protection Research

Electroless plating Ni-P alloy dealing with technology as a kind of surface,have some characteristic of striking corrosion resistance, wearability.level plated layer and so on.The technology equipment is simple,and it is easy to control and grasp,and suitable for complicated form the part.In this paper,there are some questions being introduced,which include the characteristic of eletroless plating Ni-P alloy, framework,mechancal behavior.current situation of research and developing prospect of using and so on.The paper has studied the plated liquid of plating Ni-P alloy,At the same time,promote pharmaceuticals,stablizers,bnffera,temperatures,PH values and so on.And all the above factors have influences on plated layer and the behavior of plated liquid.A lot of experiment have been done and five works were selected,which have plated liquid of steedy performance. Through testing and analyzing the microstructure, the thickness and hardness of plated layer.I fing and offer a kind of best eletroless plating Ni-P alloy technology.Furthermroe,the technology has excellent corrsion resistant,higher hardness and smooth plated layer.
