This article mainly studied the effects of chemical-dephosphorization flocculants in post-positioned precipitation function. Through a series of experiments, the data on the performance in different environment, the amount used were obtained and the characteristics of each kind of flocculants were compared. On the bases of these experiments, the appropriate flocculants would be choosed and would make up the deficiency of biology treatment in terms of the water quality and the economic aspect. Therefore, the TP would achieve the national effluent standard after the municipal sewage passd through biological treatment and the chemically post-positioned precipitation. The effects and performances of dephosphorization of the common coagulant and the flocculants: the calcium salt, the molysite and the aluminum salt and polyacrylic amide were studied on the post-positioned precipitation of municipal sewage which was processed through biological treatment. The main influencing factors and their effects of the dephosphorization reagen on chemical-dephosphorization were discussed in order to get the optimum project.Firstly, this article, from the static angle, studied the factors on the efficiencies of dephosphorization, such as TP concentration of inflow, the pH value, the reaction time, the amount of drugs throws factor and so on. Secondly, the laws of the dynamic dephosphorization of FeCl3 in the continuous experiment were also discussed. The result indicated that the calcium salt, the aluminum salt and iron salt have some effects on dephosphorization under certain conditions and the processing condition of iron salts approached the processing condition of raw sewages most. The iron salts was suggested to be the best flocculant in the municiple sewage treatment process.
