The article introduces the mensuration of moisture, silicon oxide, alumina and sodium oxide and many analytical methods such as zeolite molecular sieve, electron microscopy, X-ray diffractive analysis.The effect of the charge ratio in synthesizing the X-type molecular sieve is researched. With the development of molar charge ratio of Na2O/SiO2, the crystallinity of the zeolite molecular sieve increases. But when the molar charge ratio of Na2O/SiO2 is over 1.5, the crystallinity descends with the increase of alkali. The exorbitant charge ratio of Na2O/SiO2 will facilitates the development of stable P-shaped zeolite. The purity of the X-shaped zeolite descends with the increase of molar charge ratio of H2O/Na2O. The water in the system affects the size of the zeolite crystal, the crystallinity and the synthesis of pure crystal phase X-shaped zeolite.The crystallization period affects synthesis of X-type molecular sieve and the optimal time is 6 hours. When the crystallization period descends to 5.5 hours, the crystallinity of the X-shaped zeolite descends from 92% to 87%, because the crystallization is not end. The crystallization period not only affects the crystallinity of the zeolite crystal but also the size of the crystal. Prolonging the crystallization period will obtains bigger crystals.None but laying out composing in the room temperature X molecular sieve could be gained , but if increasing temperature directly to 100℃ ,then an compound of X style, P style and A style was gained.The temperature of crystal has effect on X molecular sieve. Increasing temperature can improve dissolving of the solid phase and accelerate crystal stone developing. Increasing temperature can not only shorten inducement and crystal time, but also improve crystal speed.In the process of composing X molecular sieve, if solution was whisked fiercely, mixed crystal would appear. Paper has researched XRD ,SEM and IR analysis in the process of preparing synthesized X molecular sieve using vapour and property of the X style zeolite crystal.Using chemical and physical analysis ,it can be found that the crystalphase of finally synthesized X molecular sieve is pure X molecular sieve and its crystallinity is up to over 90%. It had equal performance to the documentary record by thermal stability and infrared spectroscopic analysis.
