High-white aluminium hydroxide (HWAH) has the characters of great addition value, fat profit and extensive market prospect application. It is very significant to optimize product configuration, improve market competitive power and get new benefit when HWAH is the first developed and exploited successfully in our country.The HWAH is developed and exploited successfully in the laboratory. First, through comparing the decomposition technology of Sodium Aluminate Solution, it is produced by using the technology of Seed-crystal Decomposition of Sodium Aluminate Solution (SDSAS). Based on the physico-chemical analysis in the seed-crystal decomposition process, periodic fluctuation of the aluminium hydroxide granularity, the mechanics of the SDSAS and the study the technology and technical control condition of the seed-crystal decomposition of the HWAH, the technology of the seed-crystal decomposition of the HWAH was tested, which is low temperature and high α k value. The grain-number density control technique of the HWAH is put forward and the particle variation of the HWAH is implemented, which are effectively solved the problem of the periodic refinement and coarsening of the HWAH and stabilized the granularity.Based on the experimentation research, the industry of the HWAH is realized successfully, which prove the technic is feasible. So, a set of grain-number density control technique of the HWAH is formed maturely, the initial lead control of the granularity variation is realized and the technological process about the decomposition, classification, filtration and dryness is come into being.
