The slope stability has been an important study object of geotechnical engineering all the time, and it relates to many fields such as mining, civil engineering, traffic engineering, hydrological and hydroelectric engineering, etc. With the fast development of domestic economy, the scale and number of construction is on the increase, and the slope disaster will be more and more serious. The problems of slope extend from simple soil slope to complex high rock slop, so the research of rock slope stability , especially the weaker planes and cracks developing ,and the research of administration measure will be more and more significative.This paper studied the high rock slope of HuangNiuQian of DeXing copper mine, following the research route as field investigation-information, collection-laboratory, test-parameter, disposal-establishment of calculation, model-stability, analysis and the administration measure proposing . In the calculating, for some steps adopted programmer PSSAS which applicated limit equilibrium law to analyze; Adopt FLAC3D software to carry on three dimension value simulation to analyse the whole slope's stability . Finally, based on the analyse results , the paper put forward prestressing force anchor administration measure, and briefly explained the reinforcement mechanism and carried on the numerical simulation to the prestressing force anchor.Combing the research of this thesis , draw the following conclusions:1) Through geological surveying, can know the slope's rock is comparatively single , and the fault and weaker planes are quite developing;2) Through the rock's test, can know the rock's intensity is relatively low and dispersed very much;3) Analyzing the stability of 140-170 step by PSSAS programmer , can know the step's safety coefficient is 0.93, which is in unstable state;4) Carrying on three dimensions value simulation to the whole slope through FLAC3D, draw the conclusion that the safety coefficient is1.44 without the considing of weaker planes and cracks ;otherwise it is 1.19. And it is proved that weaker planes and cracks have great influence to the slope's stability;5) Through the simulation of prestressing force anchor by FLAC3D, the slope's safety coefficient is risen from 1.19 to 1. 40, proveing the prestressing force anchor is one of effectual methods to administrate rock slopes which controlled by weaker planes.
