Based on Thomas-Fermi model, the effect of external electric field on inner boundary potential was studied and the new atomic potential boundary condition was established. Thomas-Fermi model was extended to solid solution and compound with the volume adding method. The calculation method of the energy parameter for Al-Mg alloy, Al-Li-Cu alloy were derived out under the electric field and were calculated, the energy parameters such as free energy, Gibbs free energy, entropy and specific heat were studied systematically.The results show:The trendline of the energy parameter for Al-Mg alloy, Al-Li-Cu alloy at the electrode voltage were mainly same as at the boundary potential, but they were different about zero;The free energy of Mg5Al8 at 725K was more than at 460K;The free energy of Al-Mg solid solution increased with solubilities;The trendline of free energy for Mg5Alg and Al-2.6wt.%Mg were different, Al-2.6wt.%Mg's free energy was more than Mg5Al8g's at 460K and it's less than Mg5Alg's about zero and in the positive electric field at 725K;The trendline of free energy for Al-Li-Cu alloy were conformed to Al-Mg alloy;The free energy of Al-4.0wt.%Cu and Al-1.0wt.%Li were less than that of Al-4.0wt.%Cu-1.0wt.%Li.The entropy energy of Mg5Al8 at 725K was more than that at 460K, the extremum at 460K much approached to zero;The entropy energy of Al-Mg solid solution increased with solubilities;Al-2.6wt.%Mg's entropy energy was more than Mg5Al8's at 460K and it's less than Mg5Alg's about zero and in the positive electric field at 725K;The trendline of entropy energy for Al-Li-Cu alloy were conformed to Al-Mg alloy;The entropy energy of Al-4.0wt.%Cu was more than Al-4.0wt.%Cu-1.0wt.%Li at 725K, the entropy energy of Al-1.0wt.%Li was less than Al-4.0wt.%Cu-1.0wt.%Li at 725K.The trendline of Cibbs free energy and specific heat were conformed to free energy.
