Now many domestic oil fields have come into later exploitation stage. Exploiting intensity continues increasing. The circumstances under oil well have been much more complex than ever. Requests on resistance of corrosion destructibility of sealing interfaces that related to sealing up and cementing exercises in petroleum engineering are more and more of rigidity. It is urgently needs to resolve all sorts of problems that affect interface bonding quality. Conventional cement slurry design resist the destructive function worse, and can't like to satisfy the request to carry on latter production such as perforation, acidify, fracture etc.The cement system which has various effect is less at study in both domestic and international. The oil well cement slurry that used in our country neglect the relationship amony the liquid, solidifying properties and weightless, the second interface bonding and the mechanical endurance. And various types of additives have the single and low effective properties in adjusting cement slurry, many types and much dose of additives must be added when adjusted some slurry system, which affect the hydration of cement and the properties of slurry cannot be controlled, and the low cementing quality obtained; But because of various reason, the international service company don't come out with the research results in order to monopolise the technique.In order to break the technique monopolization, this paper makes use of the whole principle of the system engineering as to guide the thought, and tries to apply to the technique of surface activity agent, compound technique and microstructure analysis in order to study a kind of cement system which have various effects. The paper studied the influence to oil cement stone's mechanical properties of diverse system with SBR. Experiment showed that cement system which matches with other components can make it has features such as "anti-communication", "right angle thickening", "zero free water" and "high flowing ability" and so on. And it can give the oil well cement stone the ability of "anti-corrosion", "the high endurance of the cement sheath", "better flexibility", and "improving the mechanical deformation highly". And then analyzed the conceptions about the principles of "improving cement stone's flexibility", "leaking water" and "anti-communication" which will guide to explore and applied this cement slurry system to prolong the fate of oil wells. So, the paper will guide to resolve the problem of fluid communication and interface bonding which affect the cementing quality in a long time, and the stronger flexibility and mechanical deformation can ensure the long-timeisolation .The paper will contribute to increase the cementing quality and prolong the life of oil well.
