The present research situation of improving cement performance at home and abroad were reviewed. The cement clinker performance, composite of blending materials, and craft technology of Shanlv were studied, and the index and parameters were optimized. The mechanism of ordinary silicate cement hydration function and the function improving the intensity of cement by optimization blending materials were discussed.Focusing on improving the intensity of 28 days of clinker, the chosen clinker samples of different rate values were analyzed by physical and chemical methods. The relationship between the intensity of clinker and the best clinker rate values, different matching and different addition of the blending materials, and the grain size of cement were studied. The craft parameters of every components were tested. It has been shown when the clinker rate value range was controlled under the conditions of KH~-:0.90± 0.02 , n:2.20±0.1, the early and later intensity of the improved clinker were both increased. The early intensity of cement was improved when the blending materials were of alkaline and inertness, in the other hands, the later intensity of cement was improved when the blending the material were of acidity and activation. The grain size of cement influenced hydration activation and bulk density of grain.By the industrial test, the improved clinker and cement has been produced under the optimized conditions. It has been shown that the cement compression strength of 28 days was increased nearly 10 MPa, the cement heat of hydration were reduced greatly, the standard consistency and the admixture compatibility were also improved to some extents.
