Main work has been done as follows.1. Introduce the middle scale plant of polyethylene, technics of the LLDPE plant and the development process of the metallocene polyethylene briefly. Pointe out that the transition from M-1 product to the metallocene catalyst product is possible, the metallocene product quality adjustment is more difficult than M-l catalyst product, the resin viscosity is bigger, pelleter group movement more difficulty.2. Comparing the physical and process properties of the metallocene polyethylene product and the traditional linear polyethylene product, find out that metallocene polyethylene product QLLM-06 in the production plant, has the narrower molecular weight distribute, the more symmetrical composition distribution than the traditional linear polyethylene product 7042, and is similar with the imported metallocene polyethylene product.3. Commix the metallocene polyethylene and low density polyethylene to improve their properties, modified the film properties of new product QLLM-06, which has better transparency than the traditional linear product, and has the excellent tear strength and the dart impact intensity.4. Determine the additive recipe system of modified new product QLLM-06 and the commix technics of LDPE to make this product have the good process properties.5. Through the experiment of the modified metallocene polyethylene, find outmodified metallocene polyethylene has good process properties.
