Along with the gradual completion of the countrywide scanning plan of our country' s regional geochemical prospecting, the regional multi-goals geochemistry survey becomes another important progression of our country' s exploration geochemistry work. The national geologic research work that is developed by China Geological Survey acquired mass data about geochemistry in the recent years. For the sake of using these data resource better, more adequately and scientifically, China Geological Survey set down the Implementation Instructions of the Building of Multi-goals Geochemical Database and Data Convergence. Also China Geological Survey put out a testing Evaluation Guidebook of the Ecological Geochemistry to make the evaluation work of the regional ecological geochemistry have evidence.This research will develop DBMS module of multi-goals geochemical database depending on the implementation instructions of the data convergence that is studied out by China Geological Survey. At the same time, according to the several common evaluation means of the ecological system referred in the evaluation guidebook, the research will investigate the algorithm, discuss the computer implementation technique of the ecological geochemical data handling and evaluating, and finally it will create an integrated system containing the data management and data processing.The developed system of data management and evaluation could manage database and data forms on the bases of the detailed rules, and also it can obtain the national criterion of the environmental evaluation depending on the local soil levels, or acquire the environmental evaluation criterion referring to the geochemical data of the deep soil, then we can make single index analysis, composite index analysis, multielement classification evaluation and nemerow pollution index evaluation. This production provides a data platform and application tool for surveying, disposing and evaluation of the farming, environmental protection and underground resources, then it will serve as decision-making for all levels government and social requirement, making important practical significance and social value.The last part of this article discusses processing and evaluation of localised shallow and deep soil sample data of Hunan. The Results of the application indicate that the design goal has been basically achieved, and there is no problem in the algorithm implementation. The system has a strong ability of error tolerance, a direct-viewing result display, and convenient loading and saving of data. It can be put in use.
