Coloration and finishing are the most serious steps for environment pollution in fabric production. How to solve or decrease environmental pollution of dyeing and finishing industry is very urgent. Now, enzyme replacing chemical reagent is the the better way of solving the question of industry development and environmental pollution. The paper analyzed the characteristics of enzyme ,the construction and impurity of cellulose. The paper mainly studied pretreatment with enzymes for cellulose fabric(hemp, hemp and cotton blended fabric). We pretreated(desizeing, scouring, bleaching) cellulose fabric(cotton, hemp)with cellulase and pectinase respectively, mixed emzyme (a-amylolytce, pectinase and cellulase) , the blended enzyme of cellulase and pectinase, and complex enzymne SKD. We tested quantitatively the pretrentment effect:whiteness, absorbency and fabric strength etc. At the same time , we pretreated hemp fabric in combination.of enzyme pretreatment way and chemical way, and pretreated hemp fabric with enzyme first ,then bleached with peracetic acid .For above experiments, we conclude that to make the enzyme activation only selecting the best active conditions of enzyme;we pretrented cellulose fabric with the compound enzyme of a-amylolytce, pectinase and cellulase, the pretreatment effect is better than that of single enzyme pretreatment, but because the active conditions of different enzyme is different, we shall consider all enzymes used and then conclude the best process conditions .To improve the pretreatment effect, we take the ways of combination pretreatment of enzymes and chemical reagent degumming, this can decrease alkali consumption, and benefit to environmential than general degumming. The paper suggested deguming hemp fabric with enzyme at first, then bleached with peracetic acid replacing hydrogen peroxide, this will result in good bleaching effect, raise handling and absorbency (lignin-removing)obviously, but the whiteness is not very high(above 62%). To improve the whiteness of fabric , we bleached with peracetic acid first , then bleached with hydrogen peroxide, the whiteness is very good . In the end , we compared the pretreatment effect of enzyme deguming and hydrogen peroxide bleaching with general alkali pretreatment in industry production .This will have deep influence for pretreatment with enzyme replacing alkali.
