In modern times ,organotin(IV) complexes of the amino acids become the investigative hot spot,because of their multiple structure and favorable antibacterial and antitumour activities.In this dissertation, More than 40 organotin complexes were synthesized by using organotin oxide or hydroxide with N-(o-hydroxylbenzyl)-α-amino acid, N,N-phthaloyl-α-amino acid, N,N-(tetrachlorophthaloyl)-α-amino acid, N,N-(tetrafiuorophthaloyl)-α-amino acid, and tetrachlorophthalic acid as ligands and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectra;and crystal structures of 17 compounds were determined. Antibacterial activities antitumour activities and catalytic activity of topical compound were studied.The variations on structure and property were also discussed preliminaryly.1. 6 organotin complexes were synthesized by the reaction of organotin hydroxide or oxide with chiral N-(o-hydroxylbenzyl)-a-amino acid synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of (2-O-C6H4CH2NH(PhCH2)CH2-COO(Bu)2Sn)2O were determinded and their coordination mode and structural features were discussed by combining spectroscopic analysis.The result displayed that this complex was a twelve-memberde cricoid tripolymer.2. 10 N,N-(tetrafluoro(chloro)phthaloyl)-a-amino acid not reported was synthesized, and 35 organotin complexes were synthesized by this ligands with organotin hydroxide or oxide and characterized. The crystal structures of 3 ligands R'C6(CO)2NRCHCOOH(R= CH2 CH2Ph CH(CH3)2, R=F, Cl), 8 2-methyl-2-phenylpropyltin (C10H13)3SnOOCCHRN(OC)2C6R' 4(R=H CH2 CH2Ph CH(CH3)2, CH2CH(CH3)3, R'=F Cl)and 4 butyltin (R'4C6(CO)2N-RCHCOO(Bu)2Sn)2O(R=H CH2CH2CH(CH3)3- R=F, Cl) complexes were determinded.The result indicated that in the 2-methyl-2-phenylpropyltin complexes carboxyl groups were monodentate ligand,but the butyltin'complexes were trapezoidal dipolymer.3. Tow organotin carboxylates were synthesized by tetrachlorophthalic acid withcyclohexyltin and 2-methyl-2-phenylpropyltin, The crystal structures of this tow compounds were determinded,the result indicated they both were binuclear organotin compounds ,and carboxy of ligands was monodentate .4. Inhibitory action of some organotin complexes to colibacillus were researched by microcalorimetry in thermokinetic analysis;the result indicate that the organotin complexes had good antibacterial activities,some of them were 100 times than penicillin. In vitro inhibitory effects of one of the organotin complexes on HeLa (cervix cancer) and MCF-7 cells was measured,the results indicated that this compound had patent antitumour activities and usually the in vitro activity was higher than that of cis-platin, was 9000 times than the clinic cis-platin.5. The catalytic activity of some complexes in the ketal reaction and interesterification was researched,and the selectivity and percent conversion of catalytic reaction was messured by GC-MS , the result indicated that all complexes have perferred catalytic activity and high selectivity.
