In this paper, we expatiate the research about humidity-sensitive material and humidity-sensitive component and the mechanism of sintering humidity-sensitive component.The paper introduces the experimentation about how to optimize the glass-ceramic material of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO in particular and technical process which made the glass-ceramic material of ZnCr2O4-V2O5-Li2O-ZnO into sintering humidity-sensitive component. We produce a series of humidity-sensitive flan in the way of adjust proportions of ZnCr2O4 and V2O5-Li2O-ZnO. Finally, we choose proportions of ZnCr2O4 and V2O5-Li2O-ZnO are 94:6and 96:4 simples to produce humidity-sensitive flan. Because we analyze the performance of them minutely. In the side of how to produce component, we do some work on technics of electrode and technics of encapsulation and we get good effect. The component has good performance of humidity-sensitive, good shape and good intension.And the paper shows the results about humidity curve, humidity degree of delicacy , answer time , selectivity and stability of the humidity-sensitive component. The humidity curve of this humidity-sensitive component is smoothness. It is linear in the main. And the component has a mezzo humidity degree of delicacy, short answer time. The humidity-sensitive component is not sensitive to alcohol and acetone but very sensitive to ammonia. So it can not work in the environment of ammonia. After a long time work in the dry environment or ordinary environment, the parameters of the component get little change. But a long time work in wet environment, the parameters gets many changes. At last, we analyze all the results.
