The lead is one of the pollutant which are very big danger to human body. It can not be biodegraded, and may pass the biological rich collection of biology-chain among water body, which cause great danger to the human body finally. At present, on one hand, industrial production discharges a large amount of leaded waste water, cause serious pollution to the water body and jeopardize the health of the human body finally; On the other hand, because of the demand in cable , battery , paint, agriculture chemical ,etc, it has caused the relative shortage of plumbous resources. So, it is an extremely urgent task to look for an effective method not only controlling the pollution of wastewater contained Pb2+ .The active mud biological adsorption method is a kind of new method of getting rid of Mn+ in the wastewater in recent years, which has characteristic of low costs , energy-conservation, harmless direction without secondary pollution, easy to be separate and retrieve Mn+, etc. It has wide application prospect, notwithstanding it also stay at laboratory research stage at present. The test will play an important role for the study of using active mud biological adsorption method to dealing with wastewater contained Pb2+.So, we go on mainly thesis research for three respect of the contents .its research contents and result including: 1 .Study on cultivation condition of the active mud bacterial: the best bacterial cultivation operating condition as NH4NO3 2g/L of nitric acid , pH =5, K2HPO4 6g/Ls of the phosphoric acid , training temperature 25 ℃, training time 24h. 2.The active biological absorbent of mud is prepared and the performance one is studied: the active mud biological absorbent useing the wet fungus system prepares directly has better absorbing capacity , very fast absorbing speed and better hot stability. By using ethanol to pretreat the active mud biological absorbent , the absorbing capacity and the efficiency of getting rid of plumbous ion will be improved a lot. 3.Deal with and visit at the beginning the sureness including lead waste water craft parameter and technological process :The...
