The stability analysis of the slope project is a focal problem of the geotechnical engineering field. The uncertainty problem often includes random and fuzzy characteristic in the stability of slope project. Fuzzy Reliability theory is used to analyze the stability of open pit slope with several slide surfaces based on it, the rational slope parameter are designed. This paper mainly finishes the following aspects:(1) The fuzzy treatment method of rock mechanics parameters of slope project is studied. Because the mechanical configuration parameters rock slope body existence fuzziness, the fuzzy methods is used to process the rock mechanics parameter. Taking the cohesion and friction coefficient of the rock mechanics parameter in the weak structural surface of slope project as fuzzy variable, fuzzy treatment methods is used to analyze it.(2) The Fuzzy Reliability methods of several slide surfaces of rock slope are studied. Based on the characteristic of several slide surfaces of rock slope, the function and Fuzzy Reliability methods are set up on the basis of Limiting equilibrium. The Fuzzy Reliability of each slide and slope system are calculated, and Fuzzy Reliability confidence interval is analyzed.(3)The Fuzzy Reliability method is used to analyze the stability of the Xue Feng cement raw material sandstone open pit mine slope and optimal designs. The fuzzy treatment methods is used to process the rock mechanics parameter of weak structural surface of it. The Fuzzy Reliability method is used to calculate each weak structural surface of the slope, and Fuzzy Reliability and confidence interval of the slope system are analyzed. The ultimate pit slope angle of surface mining limits is optimized on the basis of the stability of the slope.This method is proved effective through theoretical and application research in open pit mine slope project. The ultimate pit slope angle of Xue Feng cement raw material sandstone open pit mine slope is increased to 48.3 degree from original 46.5 degree. It will reduce the cost of stripping prominently and increases economic efficiency.
