This article uses the organic physiognomy to prepare the VPO catalyst precursors, through uses the orthogonal to experiment the inspection catalyst precursors the synthesis condition; Again passed to catalyst P/V atomic ratio determination, add differently promoters and the influence of promoters atom to the catalyst mainfested (VO)2P2O7, we also the promoters' existence form in the catalyst, but also inspected the catalyst precursors to activated in the temperature and the time, the activation airspeed, the feed gas the oxygen content as well as the catalyst dry way and the increase carrier to the catalyst performance influence.The experimental result attribute to the XRD, IR, SEM, we discovery catalyst precursors' composition are nearly all VOHPO4·0.5H2O; The catalyst's manifested are (VO)2P2O7, after added promoters which are Mo and Co, the catalyst also includes few aII -VOPO4 and β-VOPO4, its catalyzed performance compares with other catalysts, have the very big enhancement in the conversion rate and the selectivity, this explained that if the only single (VO)2P2O7 existence, catalysts' activeness is not best, includes few aII -VOPO4 and β-VOPO4 may help to enhance the catalyst activeness, we thought promoters Mo and Co have formed the solid solutions in the catalysts, improved the phase structure of (VO)2P2O7, when the participation selective oxidation reaction, the n-butane can be easier achieves the oxygen and lose the hydrogen, thus enable the maleic anhydride to have very high receiving rate.
