Compression fracture technique, which starts in American in 20th century 40's, is the most important mesaure of improving the output and exploitative storage of petroleum and natural gas. Because of the remarkable effects in improving the output of petroleum and natural gas and the exploitative storage, compression fracture technique developed quickly during the succedent sixty years.Many kinds of compression fracture technique have developed at present domestic that mainly adampt the low permeability rock layers, including lage-scale compression fracture technique, whole optimization compression fracture technique, and forth compression fracture technique etc. Among these techniques, whole optimization compression fracture technique level is in internationally advanced ranks. Howerver, the whole level of compression fracture equipments is very low because of restrictions of the relatively backward foundation industry level. Therefore, domestic oil fields had to depend upon introducting in scores overseas complete set compression fracture equipments and its pivotal parts to satisfy the demand of the fastly developed compression fracture craft. This is disadvantageous to enhancing our independently research and development compression fracture equipments, also is disadvantageous to the entire compression fracture industry grows strong.Compression frature pumps are the pivotal equipment of compression frature equipment. Power end, which receives the load from fluid end and diesel engine, is the part of transferring power. Presently, there are few contrymen develop researching or designing jobs, which directly aim at compression frature pumps and power ends to, especially at the high power compression frature pumps. The purpose of this paper is repairing and reusing the HQ1400 series compression frature equipment, is attempting at reseach huge power compression frature pumps and remedying the weakness at those aspects piece by piece. HQ1400 compression frature pump is one of the equipments of the HQ1400 series compression fracture equipments, which are introducted by a domestic oil field from America at the beginning of 1990's. As using for more than ten years, many parts included power end(or transmission end) successively appeared mechnical falure and abrasion.
