A new degradated method for steroidal sapogenin developed by professor Tian's group make 4(R)-methyl-tetrahydropyran-2-one obtain easily.How to utilize 4(R)-methyl-tetrahydropyran-2-one in organic synthesis becomes a high demand.The dissertation involves how to utilize 4(R)-methyl-tetrahydropyran-2-one to construct the side chain of vitamin E.The dissertation includes two parts:Pact Ⅰ: The review of asymmetry synthesis of vitamin E;Pact Ⅱ: The synthesis of the side chain of vitamin E based on the utilization of 4(R)-methyl-tetrahydropyran-2-one. |
