This dissertation includes three sections:SBA-15 equilateral hexagonal platelets with thickness from 50nm to 300nm, diameter from 500nm to 1000nm and a uniform internal structure of the well-ordered hexagonal mesoporous channels arrayed vertically to the platelet face have been synthesized in the presence of commercial nonionic block copolymer P104 and inorganic salt at high yield (-100%) by choosing optimum temperature, pH and other conditions of synthesis. The synthesized materials have large surface area, uniform pore size and thick silics wall, so it can be used in many application fields.Mesoporous carbons have been synthesized using synthesized mesoporous silica SBA-15 as templates.With the addition of carbon source into the channels of calcined mesoporous silica SBA-15 and directly carbonizing the surfactants EO27PO61EO27(P104) in the channels of synthesized mesoporous silica SBA-15 were employed. When the template silica walls were removed, we got mesoporous carbon marterials. The obtained mesoporous carbon samples were characterized by SEM TEM and electron diffraction. The results showed that obtained samples were hexagonally ordered rod-like mesoporous carbon CMK-3 with relatively diameter from 100nm to 1.5μm,and length from 200nm to dozens of micrometers. We have got a little equilateral hexagonal platelets mesoporous carbon with 2μm in diagonal, thickness from300nm to 400nm.The synthesized SBA-15 materials were modified as the reactor for the radical polymerization reaction using synthesized aqueous azo-initiators to synthesize some high ordered nanorod polymers.
