With the development of petrochemical industrial, the treatment of the wastewater of high concentrated organic fiber production has received a considerable research interest. Presently the conventional disposal measure of high concentrated with high organic nitrogen compound wastewater--caprolactam wastewater is hardly purified and satisfied with the technique and economy needs. So, the treatment of this wastewater has been needed to be resolved. Therefore, aim at the caprolactam sewage characteristic of high concentrated with high organic nitrogen compound, searching for a treatment of feasible, economic, and manage convenient has broad realistc meaning.Been consigned by Shijiazhuang Synthetic Fiber manufactory, Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company Limited cooperating with Germany Engelbart Biologische Vrefahren GmbH, consider the BIODOPP technic dealing with the production waster is feasible and economic. Study with Shijiazhuang Synthetic Fiber manufactory, deciding to construct a precursor equipment to provide designing parameter and function experience for the petrochemical industrial reatment, with solving the wastewater.The examination which is shortcut nitrification-denitrification technique studied the wiping off effect of COD and ammonia-nitrogen with the differ influent load, the connection of the quantity of dealing with COD and offering wind, the pattern of mix liquid circumfluence, the controlling of dissolve oxygen concentration, the analysing of aeration system and characteristics of sludge etal..The experiment results showed that: in the condition recommended by this paper, under the volume loading is 2.5kgCOD/m3d (the sludge loading among 0.3kgCOD/kg MLSS·d), outfluent COD is 100mg/L, the volume loading is the SBR's 2.5 times, and the cleanup efficiency is more than 98%; The most volume loading of ammonia-nitrogen is 0.21kgNH4 -N/m3d (sludge loading among 0.04kgNH4-N/kgMLSS·d), outfluent ammonia- nitrogen is less than 10mg/L, and the cleanup efficiency is more than 99%; The connection of the quantity of dealing with COD and offering wind is 16m3air/kgCOD; When the sludge concentration is 8g/L stably, the system is at it's best; Controlling of the dissolve oxygen concentration to 0.1 ~ 0.3mg/L and make the retort in the condition of alternating oxic-anoxic, which is necessary to the reaction of simultaneity nitrification-denitrification; When volume loading waved among 1.5~2.61kgCOD/ m3·d and sludge loading fluctuated among 0.171~0.343kgCOD/kgMLSS·d, high removal rate was obtained.
