With the rapid development of economy of our country ,the challenge of "passenger transport speed up and freight transport heavy load" is increasing in the railway transportion system.However,the current universal cast hook tail frame can' t satisfy the developing repuirement due to its low strength and short service. Forging/welding hook tail frame is more effective than cast hook tail frame,according to demonstration.The welding has succeeded in lab and passed through the authentication,which need to be verified and improved in mass production in the near future.The success in automatic welding machine for forging hook tail frame,not only solve the problem above in the railway transportation system,but also bring more economic benefit and will certainly has a board market prospect.Autocontrol welding of forging/welding hook tail frame in mass production is reseached in the thesis.According to corporation' s real repuirement,we have carried out research and test on autocontrol welding of single-side and bi-side welding molding and have completed a project on bi-side welding,which is suitable for automatic production.Moreover,mechanical and electrical systems are developed.The automatic welding machine consists of WA-2000 digital control system,PLC controller and touch-sensitive display,etc.It adopts bi-side welding to manufacture the forging/welding hook tail frame in mass production.
