Digging traditional blind shaft always used air-feed leg drill from below to above to drilling and low stage blasting. The working efficiency was very lowly, laborious effort was very largely and stability was very poorly. However, completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting can raised working efficiency and stability. But till today, researches on completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting theory and experiment were not many. So, researching on completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting theory and experiment were of great significance.This major studied the theoretical calculations and experiment of the cutting method for completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting. First, according to the mechanism of rock failure, the author deduced to the formula of circle of rock fracture with solid loading or decouples charge in detail, researched the theoretical mechanisms of burned-cut blasting which include empty holds and found out the role of empty holds in burned-cut blasting. According to those principles the author had the parameters of blasting pattern for burned-cut blasting which include empty holds. Then, according to the mechanism of stress wave reflection principle and the experiment of blasting cone ,we knew that the Ammon-dynamite have good match with rock and it's have high blasting energy utilization ratio. At last, researching the stress wave propagation velocity in burned-cut blasting and the process which rock throw out the hold, the author deduced to the theoretical formula of differential delay time between different breaking-in hole.The author did test and research on the methods of burned-cut in completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting which based on DaHongshan completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting project. First of all, the author designed many different of cut method for example: diamond shaped pattern cut, cylinder cut, nine holds cut and so on. Those methods were based on the theoretical study of completion of blind shaftingin deep-hold blasting. Then, according to the practical situation the design plans have been constructed and tested. The author researched the key technologies of the method of cut, drilling, priming method and charging construction. Finally, the testing and researching of different cutting methods provided experience and test results for next phase completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting project which also could provide theoretical basis for design and construction work of completion of blind shafting in deep-hold blasting.
