Eutrophication is one of the most main water pollution questions which now the world faces. In recent years, with the development of city and industry, eutrophication has become the main factor which limits the development of national economy and society. Some pertinent data indicates that, phosphorus is the determining factor to cause water eutrophication. To removal phosphorus from Municipal sewage and eutrophication lakes, a new technology was introduced, and the new product was produced in Local factory.This project originates some company to introduce the new technology from Australia, and was financed by KuMing DianChi protection bureau. This project concludes the following attempts: ①To study PHOSLOCK Characteristic of phosphate removal and the application in Engineering;②The expansion experimental study of removal phosphorus from the DianChi Lake of YunNan;?To study the reaction kinetics of the PHOSLOCK.The study of the Characteristic and the application of PHOSLOCK indicated that, the removal efficiency of PHOSLOCK can be up to above 96. 1%, and PHOSLOCK have strong absorption capacity to phosphorus, which is about 116. 28mg/g. Compared with common coagulants, it has more advantages. In some experiments of PHOSLOCK to treat wastewater, the capacity of phosphate removal is affected slightly by the water body initial condition, and generally the reaction can achieves the balance in 5 minute. Moreover, the dose to treat Municipal sewage is about 60ml of 2% PHOSLOCK, and 80ml of 3% PHOSLOCK to treat wastewater of rive.The research results of the DianChi Lake expansion experiments suggested that, PHOSLOCK can solves eutrophocaion of lakes, through cutting off algae' s phosphorus nutrition, finally the T-P density has been lower than 0.2mg/L, achieved the surface water quality IV standard. And the fee is about 0. 45(?)/m2 (water depth about 1. 5 meter).Kinetics model Study indicated that, PHOSLOCK removal phosphorus is able very good fitting the Langmuir equation and the Freundlich equation, the absorption equations: Ce/qe=0. 0086Ce+0. 0131, lgqe=0. 5381gCe+1. 3754. Correlation coefficient: R=0. 910, R=0. 982. The adsorption kinetics equations: q = 9.84011 ×t0.0213 (t<80min);q = 10.862 (t≥80min) .Compared with other studies, there are three innovation spots: ① Overseas advanced technology was introduced to produce local PHOSLOCK, which were used to treat Municipal sewage and wastewater of river , and its performance of phosphate removal surpasses the common coagulants. ②In the application, it is the first time to remove phosphorus in the DianChi Lake, with industry product, and achieved. ③Study concluded the reaction kinetics enquations.
