In this paper, 2,2-dipyridylamine (dpa), sodium dicyanamide (dca), Pyridine -2,6-dicarboxylic acid (dpc), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and pyridine have been selected as ligands, we have synthesized eight transition metal complexes by them. The complexes include Ni(DPA)2(dca)2II1, Cu(DPA)2(dca)2II2, Zn(DPA)2(dca)2 II3, [Cu(DPA)μ-NO3]n·3n H2O II4, Cu2(DPA)2 (μ -OCH3)(μ-C1)C12 II5, [Ni(HDPC)2·3H2O]nIII1, {[Cu(phen) (py) Cl2] H2O}nIII3 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)2(NO3)] ·NO3III4 that have been characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses. Furthermore, the schiff base ligand III2 with acylamino group and another schiff base ligand with acylhydrazone have been synthesized via dpc and 2-amino-benzene monocarboxylic, 4-amino-benzene monocarboxylic and pyridylaldehyde, respectively, and we also obtained the crystal of III2. We parsed the crystal structures and its synthetical courses, and investigated their thermal and fluorescence properties .For some complexes , we only investigated the electronicspectrum properties, non-isothermal kinetics of the decomposition and magnetic properties about them.The complexes of II1 and II3 belong to monoclinic with space group c2c, and they are of similar structures, the two dca ligands lie one side of the metallic ion. Every structure unit has been connected 1D double chains via hydrogen bond, which are connected to 2D network structure by another hydrogen bonding format. The complex II2 belongs to triclinic with space group P(?), the chemical formula of the complex II2 is very similar with II1 and II3, but they exhibit the different structure unit from II1 and II3, the two dca ligands lie both sides of the metallic ion. The structure units are connected into 1D double helical chain structure by only one hydrogen bonding format. The complex II4 belongs to monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c , nitrate radical as tridentate ligand linked metallic ions to form "Z" 1D chain. The complex II5 belongs to monoclinic with space group c2c. It should be noted that complex II5 is the CuII- CuII complex , which bridged by a chlorin atom and a oxygen atom of the -OCH3.
