This article reviewed the question of the photochemical catalysis material development condition and existed the problem at present, and elaborated comprehensively the nanometer TiO2 photo-chemical catalysis technology in aspect of the application, modification, preparation, carrier research situation and so on, and introduced the nanometer TiO2 photo-catalyst and its the doping sample and the carrier preparation method and the photochemical catalysis activeness appraisal and the attribute experimental technique in detail.We used sol-gel method and determined the photo-catalyst formula after the orthogonal law. We adjusted the different increment and get evenly stable contains in the different implantation TiO2. We carried on a more detailed appraisal to its photo-chemical catalysis activeness. Through XRD, SEM method to the sample microscopic performance test and the attribute, we has thoroughly discussed the titanium dioxide light activeness and the ion implantation synergism mechanism. In the applied research aspect, after the different ion implantation modification nanometer TiO2 photo-catalyst, the oil field sewage degeneration situation in cainan has carried on to the detailed research.The present paper work mainly includes following three aspects:(1) Nanometer TiO2 photo-catalyst system configurationWith the sol-gel law preparation nanometer TiO2 photo-catalyst, initially searches fluid increment scope in the formula water, ethyl alcohol solvent, acetic acid and so on. After we determined each kind of medicament have different influence to increment the gelatin time, we can get the best formula and the experimental condition by the orthogonal experiment. Through XRD analysis and photochemical catalysis activeness appraisal experiment, we can definite heat(2) Carrier researchBy carrier, including steel plate, aluminum sheet, titanium board, glass optimal, we determine uses the carrier type for the titanium board finally.
