Fracturing acidizing, commonly called "acid fracturing", has been playing a main role in carbonate gas or oil reservoir stimulation. Among deep acid fracturing technologies, the pad acid fracturing is the most typical one, during which a dramatic phenomena, called "viscous fingering ", always occurs, when the low-viscous acid flows into the high-viscous pad fluid. Acid viscous fingering is often very beneficial for acid fracturing. Because it can decrease the artificial fracture area, through which the acid fluids flow; decrease the fluid-loss rate and decrease the reaction rate between the rock and acid fluids, so resulting in much long effective penetration distance. So to speak, it could affect acid-fracturing fruits very remarkably. In this case, it should be very meaningful or even significant for the improvements of acid fracturing technologies, as well as our china's oil and gas production, to investigate the evolving rules of acid viscous fingering and understand fully the relationship between acid fingering form and acid fracturing fruit.In this thesis, all of research works have been done based on the available results achieved by others. Knowledge and approaches in other fields, such as fractal theory, hydrodynamics, chemical kinetics, applied statistics and mechanical-design theory, have been applied into the research. And also, a lot of ways and means, such as literature investigation, theoretical analysis, computer simulation, physical experiment simulation, and so on, have been involved in the research.
