According to the evolution performance analysis on the raw material sample from main wire rod suppliers in China, studying and analysis the mechanical performance for same diameter final wire drawn from same specification half-semi product after the same technology of heat treatment (patenting) from the wire rod with different carbon content from different suppliers, with the aid of the tensile testing machine, the torsion testing machine, the bending testing machine, the light microscope, the electronic microscope, the fatigue testing machine to conduct the massive experimental study on the tensile strength value, the twists value, the fatigue resistance times and the metallography organization. To study the new technology of electronic phosphating, the ultrasonic cleaning technology to the steel wire surface treatment on the trying to find out discussion, compared to the traditional soaking phosphating and the continual phosphating, the membraning speed of electronic phosphating is more quickly and it is more , the steel wire surface phosphate coating is more uniformity and compact. With contrast experiment for the mechanical properties and surface hardness of the final drawn wire, the mechanical properties better, the surface hardness lower and the dies consumption less for electronic phosphating drawn wire compared with the traditional phosphating drawn wire. Meanwhile the supersonic clean which not yet popularizes to the domestic steel wire production in carries on the discussion, because its good clean effect and the highly effective production efficiency, the low pollution characteristic also was internationally recognized, believed in the near future, the ultrasonic cleaning will certainly to be applied to substitute for traditional chemistry electricity acidify,the soda wash production technology by the domestic major steel wire factories.
