Soil erosion is one of the most important ecological environment problems that mankind have to confront. It is related with the rational exploration, usage and protection of water and soil resources in mountainous areas, high lands and the areas full of sand blown by wind, related with the utility and punishment of river and lake. So it is a very important factor that influences the development of an area.Water and soil erosion resulted by constructing all kinds of projects is another important from of water and soil erosion, which seriously affects the peripheral ecological environment, and is related with the feasibility, cost and longevity. It is no time to delay to study the peculiarity and the rule of water and soil erosion resulted by constructing projects, and prevent and cure it.Construction project is an important manner resulting in soil loss besides agricultural reclamation and felling trees, which impacts the cost and feasibility of the project. In particular, hydro-power construction engineering with the characteristics of large earth cutting and discarded soil with distribution of poor defense. Hydro-power construction changed the landform, vegetation and water system of the project area and disturbed the original structure and materials of the soil to result serious soil erosion. Now we have no deeply study on water erosion characteristics and laws of the construction disturbance soil.So, we adopted the way of water and soil erosion monitoring and simulation rainfall experiment to rain to experiment to study, analysis and discuss water erosion problem of the different types disturbance soil, get the following result:Disturbance Soil erosion of the monitoring area was very serious. Erosion modulus was 21000~31000t/km~2.And the modulus of the soil-stone disturbance soil has the highest erosion modulus, followed by the digging-induced disturbance soil and the residue-soil disturbance soil.For the same slope to say, the infiltration rate of which the rainfall intensity was...
