In this paper, Prepolymers of poly(adipic acid anhydrides)were prepared by heating adipic acid in excess acetic anhydrides at room temperature and under atmospheric pressure. By evaporation of excess acetic anhydride at room temperature, Prepolymers can be obtained.Operating under there condition resulted in oligomerization. And the prepolymers were characterized by 1H NMR spectrum, DSC,TGA and intrinsic viscosity analysis. Average polydispersity index(n=9-15)were achieved.Results have shown that the average polydispersity index is unstable, Reducing the reaction time or lowering the reaction temperture can produce obvious change. but the washing with solvent or the using of solvent ending chemosynthesis havn't this clear effect. So we overleap this course in the following experimentation.At room temperature and under atmospheric pressure,by using heterogenic catalyst:FeCl3 in dry condition polymers composed of the following units-Dimethyl-diethoxy-siIane,Dimethyldichlorosilane-were synthesized by a polycondensation process. Operating under there condition resulted in 1,1,3,3,5,5-Hexamethyl-1,5-dichlorotrisiloane and 1,1,3,3,5,5,-7,7,9,9-Decamethy-l,9-dichloropentasiloxane. Different ratio of these units markedly resulted in the yield of polymers difference.These polymers were reached by using pure Dimethyldichlorosilane and D4 ,under seemly reaction conditions(temperature of ℃ for 24h).Disadvantage of this method is that the ratio of polymers is low.and the producetions separate hardly.then rectifying pole is need.Through analysis of 1H NMR spectrum and boiling point, the purity of productions is greatly high.The central content of this paper is that Poly[poly(adipic acid anhydri-des)silyl ester]s were obtained by using the following units--poly(adipic acid anhydrides), 1,1,3,3,5,5-Hexamethyl-1,5-dichloro-trisiloaneand, 1,1,3, 3,5,5,7,7,9,9-Decamethy-l,9-dichl-oropentasiloxane.The production were characterized by 1H NMR spectrum, DSC.TGA and intrinsic viscosity...
