In this dissertation, main research has been made on the preparation, sintering process and conductivity of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode paste. Effects of ingredients rate and sintering process of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode paste on microstructure and conductivity of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode paste are studied through DTA, SEM and XRD. Silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode paste has been successfully made through traditional ceramics techniques, whose conductivity is simulated by computer program, and the factors which affect the conductivity of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode paste are expatiated in theory. The results of this dissertation will provide valuable information for decreasing produce cost of conductive paste. The results of sintering process show that organic flux (Ethvlcellulose etc.) of composite paste is decompounded completely at about 470℃. So during sintering of composite electrode, it is appropriate that the temperature is held on for 10 min at 470℃, then increased to final sintering temperature and held on for 20 min.The research results of the microstructure of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode show that silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode has shining, smooth and compact sintered surface, without splits. Silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode and ceramics dielectric bottom combine tightly. And there is no any change in structure of conductive ceramics and silver during sintering. Silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode forms net-channel structure, and the higher contents of conductive ceramics are, this phenomena is more obvious. The research results of the conductivity of silver/conductive ceramics composite electrode show that the conductivity of composite electrode has little change when the content of conductive ceramics is smaller than 12%, but the resistivity (ρ) of composite electrode increases sharply when the content of conductive ceramics is larger than 12%. Sintering temperature has little effect on room temperature resistivity of composite electrode. With the same content of conductive ceramics, the resistivity of composite electrode of different sintering temperature fluctuates near a certain...
