Many practical systems for industrial applications contain mixtures of polymers and surfactants, which are widely used in water-based formulations such as paints, drilling mud, mineral flotation, etc. It is significative to research the interaction between polymer and surfactant. There is an extensive range of documents on polymer/surfactant solutions, but most study work focuses on non-ionic polymer/surfactant solutions and opposite charged polyelectrolyte /surfactant solutions. Less is known about the same charges solutions, actually, these systems exist in many industrial applications. In this paper light scattering method, molecule simulation, dynamic surface tension and so on are utilized to explore these systems. There have two sections in this paper. First, we explored the character of the solution of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS); and we also investigated the conformation change of polyacrylamide in aqueous solution. Second, many means were utilized to investigate the interaction between polyacrylamide and sodium polyoxyethylene alkylether sulfate, and the interaction between polyacrylamide and α-olefm sulfonate (AOS). By using these methods, we obtain some innovative results, which will help us understand the interaction between surfactant and polymer, and which also is significative for us to explore the properties and behaviors of surfactant-polymer system. Furthermore, the interaction between CMC and SDS is investigated too.In the fisrt part, Luminescence data mode was adapted to investigation the light scattering data of the character of the solution of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) based on the peculiarity of the light path of the general spectrofluorometer. It can be seen from experiment that there is a peak between the zero concentrations to the cmc, combining with the other measurement we make the conclusion that the light scattering peak derived from the large structure of water because of the special structure of surfactant. And this structure begins to break down until the hydrophobic group get together and form micelle. In addition, the conformation change of polyacrylamide in aqueous solution is...
