Camptothecin Intermediate Derivatives Chemical Synthesis And Computer Simulation

This project consists of two sections, the synthesis of Camptothecin intermediates and studies on the structure by software-HyperChem. 15 kinds of Camptothecin intermediates were mainly designed and synthesized. Some of their structures were simulated by HyperChem.Frist, we briefly summarized the progress in research of the synthesis of Camptothecin. The novel methods for the synthesis of Camptothecin intermediates were described as Friedlandle. Second, we synthsized the key compound—BI, and then made some improvements and innovations of the methods from the reference. The method of using more economically phenylaldehyde derivatives and phenylamine derivatives instead of o-aminobenzaldhyde was worked out.Then some of the intermediates were optimized and calculated by computer simulation on 3D structures , mechanism, bond length and energy. This resarech provided theoretical proof and set out a new method.Their structures were identified by ~1HNMR and IR.
