Three componentsstable chlorine dioxide powder is a new type of powderful disinfectant. In this work, we studied the formulation of trinal solid stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant by fitting with orthogonal design, saw about the target of transformation ratio on which different dosage of sodium chlorite, acid and reaction promoting dose. The testing results showed that the best formulation was sodium chlorite 1.50g, acid 2.00g and reaction promoting dose 1.00g.In order to improve the security and stability of trinal solid stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant, we covered the samples of three componentsstable chlorine dioxide powder with umylum, then, we studied the action of moisture absorption and the stability of covered samples and uncovered samples. The testing results showed that the covered samples suck up a little, but the uncovered samples absorbed a lot of water.The water absorption ratio of the three components were sodium chlorite degraded by 78.3%, acid degraded by 70.0% and reaction promoting dose degraded by 86.8% when the samples were covered, stability test result showed that the uncovered samples's content degraded by 4.350% under the temperature of 54±1 after 14 days,while the covered samples's content degraded by 3.700%.The degradation ratio debased 15.0% when the samples were covered. We conclusion that the covered samples can store up for a long time than uncovered samples.We researched the rule of application of rinal solid stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant, we measured the content of chlorine dioxide by five step iodometry in the solution under the condition that avoiding light, obturation and constant temperature. We saw about the concentration change of the three diffent original concentration's chlorine dioxide solution with the time under the temperature of 20°C, 25°C, 30°C , 35 °C. Obtained the graph of c-t under the temperature of 20°C , 25°C, 30°C, 35°C, and Q methods of inspection has been used in the data treatment process of the experiment test, worked out the regression equation of every graph, then obtained the reaction order, through the reaction order we can work out the reaction rate constant k. The results of kinetics showed that the degradation reaction of chlorine dioxide was 3/2 order under the temperature of 20°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C. the reaction rate constant k was 1.930×10-5s-1 under temperature of 20°C, the reaction rate constant k was 1.997×10-5s-1 under temperature of 25°C, the reaction rate constant k was 2.559×10-5s-1 under temperature of 30°C, the reaction rate constant k was 3.963×10-5s-1 under temperature of 35°C.
