Recently, people pay close attention to computer-aided design, especially in computer stimulation, and computer 3D CAD. Because of its reality effect and perfectly exhibited characteristic and modeling, now computer-aided design become popular on textile, fashion, airplane, architecture and so on.Textile is a flex material, which physical and mechanical function is complexity, and external form doesn't like rigid body which external form steady-going. External form of textile will change following environment, so it is very hard to simulate. Textile, which is quality light and easily modeling, is becoming more and more popular used in architecture.In this paper, we bring forward art and material theory, which based on characteristic of textile. And using the theory, we want to develop computer-aided design software.Using departed computer-aided design software we stimulate some architecture picture, and then summarize computer-aided measure and functional method. No matter what modeling, in can't get theorem. In this paper we summarize the modeling theorem based on art modeling, material science and human-machine engineering. Because of the particularity of textile, we adopt modified mass-spring model describing textile physics pattern, which is the theory basing of software developing. Through studying 3D computer-aided design technique and summarizing 3D design CAD function, we bring out software function of 3D design CAD, and introduce some main function and interface. All of these can offer analysis basing to postern software developing.
