MDI is one of the most important material in polyurethane industry ,it is producted by phosgenation of polyamine which is contracted by aniline and formaldehyde,and then the complexity is separated to made MDI. MDI includes pure MDI and polymerid MDI .The pure MDI has three kinds of isomer: 4,4'-MDI, 2,2'MDI, 2,4'MDI. The 4,4'MDI is used in the most abroad fieldes of these kinds. Pure MDI is mostly used in the "CASE" fieldes C-coatings,A-adhesives,S-sealants,E-elastomers. )in polyurethane industry. Polymetric MDI is important material to make polyurethane horniness and semi-horni-ness foam.With the fast development of the polyurethane indistory ,the reguirement of MDI which is important material is increasing. The technician of YanTaiWanHua manufactory had researched the reaction technology in super pressure .We increased pressure solely in the cole reaction precessure in order to reduce the phosgenation circle ratio and improve MDI's chroma of the phosgenation liquor,at last we advanced produce ability and decrease the energy.This research based on a small suit of uninterrupted phosgenation equipment which simulates the production equipment. We can say it is a minisize manufactory. We made detailed research of the whole phosgenation courses with the mini-manufactory. Because of the same technic , opration control as the real manufactory,the research is important to make over the real operation.The research report is across the abroad. It involves reaction technics,reaction principle,infection of the material,technic parameter, judge of the reaction and so on.Some research technique and analysis means are reliable of the report. We believe that the cold reaction is the emphases of the research and estimate it with the composition analyse.
