Civil engineering come into a boom time along with the rapid development of social economy, in the motor car and industry of feebleness electricity field, it is required to clue the armor plate and steel products; completely under a condition which having water and oil. Industry of ocean biology breed requires clue the biology living object in water. The medical industry requires considering the physical characteristic adhesive intestines, some requirement about water construction engineering and so on. But present underwater epoxy adhesive has some weakness such as low working function, low adhesive strength, low performance of water resistance and so on. So it is necessary to make a modify research.Improving of the adhesive capability starts from two aspects: one is to improve adhesion of the adhesive and adhered, the other by enhancing the adhesive layer intensity. The unusual specific property of nanoparticles shows good merits at the both, which makes it become the material of modified adhesive performance. Through to adhesive apply analysis, select E-44 epoxy resin regard as substrate. It is determined the theory solidification time according to the infrared analysis, considers the construction the actual situation, the determination solidification time is 48h. In order to further determine the best formula, also has studied the curing agent, stuffing and its volume, nanometer material, toughened agent all element to submarine epoxy adhesive performance influence. The research result indicates that: modifier aniline(2410) as curing agent is best; The padding excessively are many or too few can reduce the adhesive to pull cuts the performance, through experiment, uses the padding amount used for when epoxy resin 75%, the adhesive performance is best. Also joins a nanometer padding to be possible big to enhance the adhesive the performance, but mixes with the plasticizer with can reduce the adhesive the performance. Powder coatings with different content of nano SiO2 are prepared using the newly prepared nanocomposites in substitute of neat resins. We selected KH-550(dispersing agent) to activate nanoparticle and embellish the surface of nanoparticle with the high-speed adhesive mixer to stir and expedite their scattering. Nanoparticles(SiO2) were distributed evenly in epoxy liquid, which is the purpose of experiments. Their properties are systematically tested.
