Germanium and indium are the sustained materials of current high technology. They are extensively apply in the high-tech realms, such as computer, energy, electronics, the light electricity, national defense military, aerospace aviation, the pit industry, modern information industry and the medicine hygiene and so on, gradually important of the function in the national economy. Without independent field, pittance of germanium and indium is mixed with lead, zinc and aluminum. During the process of annealing these metals, plenty of germanium and indium enter; the sediment to be deserted, or enter the deposed water to be flowed away, which leads to the environment pollution. So the recovery and utility of germanium and indium from industrial sediment must be studied and developed, at the same time, they are the imperious need of environment protection. Although current existing a lot of the technic of recycle germanium and indium from zinc clench or flue ash, the key is to settle and control the condition in the recover process.The distributing of germanium and indium and their main application in the high-tech field were briefly narrated in the paper. The method, technic and study the dynamic state of comprehensive recovery germanium and indium from domestic and international were compared.This paper take flue ash from the certain place of Yunnan as the raw material, aiming at the analysis of the raw material property, adopt the technic of "leaching— extraction—anti-extraction" to enrich and separate germanium and indium, and on these grounds to the ground's the recovery technic of germanium and indium in flue ash carries on experiment research, to investigate the condition efficiently of enrich and separate recovery germanium and indium from flue ash.First, in the sulfuric acid leaching experiment, the strength of stirring, a degree of raw material, time of leaching, the concentration of sulfuric acid, solid ratio of liquid and the temperature of leaching to the effect of germanium and indium's leaching rate are carry on experiment study, get germanium and indium's extraction rate beyond92.65% and 94.89% and the better leaching condition.Second, kinetics study to leaching indium is carry on. The strength of stirring, the granularity of material, the concentration of sulfuric acid and the temperature of leaching to the influence of indium leaching process's reaction velocity are stress discussions.Third, condition experiment of extraction and anti-extraction separation indium from the leaching solution of acid are put up, set down the better condition of extraction and separation indium in normal temperature and pressure: organic constitute: 30% P204 and 70% kerosene, extraction time for 5 minutes, phase ratio: O/A=1:10, leaching solution's 39.2g/L, the single class extraction rate of indium beyond 98%; the better condition of anti-extraction and separation indium in normal temperature and pressure: the hydrochloric acid concentration 4mol/L, anti-extraction time for 8 minutes, phase ratio: O/A=15:l, the single class anti-extraction rate of indium beyond 99%. Under the same condition, make use of compound anti-extraction reagent 1mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.8mol/LTBP to anti-extraction indium is better.Finally, condition experiment of extraction and anti-extraction separation germanium from the extraction indium remaining solution are put up, also get the better condition of extraction and separation germanium in normal temperature and pressure: organic constitute: 25% P204, 5%YW100and 70% kerosene, extraction time for 6 minutes, phase ratio: O/A=l:7, water phase's pH 1.5, extraction rate of germanium beyond 98%; the better condition of anti-extraction and separation germanium in normal temperature and pressure: phase ratio: O/A=3:1, ammonium fluoride concentration 2mol/L, anti-extraction time for 10 minutes, anti-extraction rate of germanium beyond 99%.
