Chitosan is one of the natural polysaccharide flocculants. Advantages of Chitosan,such as harmless, living compatibilities and mufti-function, made it promising in application. Therefore, research works carried out on chitosan have become popular recently. This paper through to tested carries on the design, the analysis establishes the airtight static state to infiltrate under the condition the preparation of Chitosan new craft, simultaneously optimized the new craft condition, has carried on the cost analysis to the new craft and the traditional process; And studied the Application of Chitosan in Removal of BlueAlgae at Algal Eruptive Period in Dianchi Lake, established the best flocculation to eliminate the algae condition, has established the theory and the experimental foundation for the following industrial application. The key findings of this paper include:(1) Through Single factors and orthogonal mathods we conclude: Deacetylation of chitin under immersed-static conditions(shell/5%Hcl (v/v)=1:6,normal temperature for 1.5h; shell/7%NaOH (v/v)=1:4,90°C for 2.5h;Chitinl/70%NaOH (v/v)=1:5,130°C for 1.5h) is evaluated for the preparation ofchitosan. Treated chitosan shows similar degree of deacetylation (82±3%), molecular mass (5.82×10~5).(2) Through Infrared spectrum analysis of the Chitosan self-obtained and traditional we conclude: The infrared absorption light spectrogram absorption peaks of the Chitosan self-obtained and commercial are consistent.It can be said that the characteristics of both group will not be affected;the basic molecular structure of the Chitosan obtained in the airtight static state and traditional craft are similar.(3) Analysing the consumption of Tiger shrimp ,acid (HCl), alkali (NaOH) and water we know: Chitosan technology to improve the production costs of less than 23 spp, which is much cheaper than the traditional production process 54 spp. The consumption of NaOH save 63% compared to the traditional process's 30 spp , the total production cost of about 57% decline than the traditional process.(4) Through the study of Chitosan in Removal of BlueAlgae at Algal Eruptive Period inDianchi Lake in the method of Single factors and orthogonal experiment, we concluded the best conditions: adding 10mL chitosan solution of 0.1g/L to 800mLwater, pH 8.1 (pH value of raw water), stirring 1min in the speed of 150r/min, 10 min in the speed of 50r/min,20 min stiatic.In the best experimental conditions the minimum value of turbidity is 1.6(98.2removal efficiency), the minimum value of phosphorus is 0.12mg/L(88% removal efficiency).
