Semi-solid forming and processing technology is a new-developed material machining strategy. Semi-solid stream forming in the semi-solid forming and processing technology is a hotspot in China and foreign countries.This paper mainly researches on designing a set of multiuse foundry equipment and studies on three factors effect to the fulfilling mold performance of semi-solid A1-Cu alloy slurry which are vacuum degree, temperature of the mould and intensity of the electromagnetism milling. This paper also analyzes its structure and primarily researches on the two mechanisms of the fulfilling and fulfilling while stopping flowing.Designing and entrust processing a set of foundry equipment based on the vacuum press dispatching principle. This equipment can be used for vacuum press dispatching foundry, vacuum attract casting, low press foundry and regulative press casting etc. After circulate for a period of time, it has improved that the equipment worked well. Adjusting of the techniques in the test process, it has been confirmed that the irrigating craftwork of the semi-solid is vacuum attract casting.According to the irrigating craftwork, I have studied on three factors effect to the fulfilling mold performance of semi-solid A1-Cu alloy slurry which is vacuum degree, temperature of the mould and intensity of the electromagnetism milling. Its fulfilling mold performance is expressed by fulfilling length. The vacuum degree in the examination chose from three parameters:-0.04MPa,-0.05MPa,-0.06MPa;and the temperature of the mould chose from two parameters: 200℃, 240℃;and intensity of the electromagnetism milling chose from two parameters: 12A,18A.The higher vacuum degree was, the relative better fulfilling mold performance was. Moreover, the vacuum degree effected notably. The relativity of the mould temperature and intensity of the electromagnetism milling also effected but their effects were not very notable. In addition, as the wall thickness of the foundry increased, the fulfilling length of semi-solid slurry grew longer and its performance turned better. Through analyzing the structure of the semi-solid low press forming fulfilling foundry mold, it had been found the typical semi-solid low press forming structure. The primary big grainαstructure, exiguousαstructure, eutectic structure and shrinkage. This paper has explained the reason that exterior appearance formed in the low press forming and narrated the mechanics of stopping flowing when the semi-solid slurry was under low press forming which was as the temperature turn down the liquid quotient formed nucleus and grew up gradually then formed net frame with the existing bulky branch in the semi-solid slurry under low press forming. Thus it had prevented the liquid flowing. Meanwhile through summarizing and analyzing of the existing disfigurements in the semi-solid slurry under low press fulfilling, it had been particular narrated of the token characteristics and the engendered reason and put forward the measure of defending. This paper has set up well base for further examination of the semi-solid slurry under low press forming.
