Solid Phase Synthesis Of A New Fungicide Phosphate Copper And Applied Research

Copper preparation fungicide is a kind of protective fungicide with many attributes such as high sterilization efficiency, long effect of medicine, pathogen generating drug-resistance with difficulty, economy and environmental protection. Copper preparation fungicide has been always one of main kinds of agro-fungicides since it had been initially used till now, and it is also a chief green and environmental protection fungicide that is recommended by the World Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO).This research has designed one kind of new inorganic copper preparation fungicide in view of the agricultural production. The copper element acted as the effective component of disinfectant, the phosphorus element acted as nutrition ingredient for crops, then the crops protection and the growth double-effect can be achieved. To study the solid-state synthesis of copper phosphate, the new method solid-state synthesizes which has good characters with high selective, high production rate and simple technological process. The product's composition and structure was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, TG, XRD and so on. The solid-state synthesis reactions principle of copper phosphate was studied with the results of elemental analysis, TG and XRD analysis. The influence factor and the ideal synthesis technological conditions of copper phosphate solid-state synthesized was studied by experiment. The experimental result indicated that the allocated proportion of reactants and the reaction temperature are the key aspects to the experimental result.The best technological conditions of solid-state synthesis is that solid copper hydroxide and ammonium phosphate reacts under 770℃for 110 minutes by n(Cu(OH)₂) : n(NH₄H₂PO₄) =1.49:1. Copper phosphate can be preparation under the ideal conditions, the content of copper phosphate is more than 98%.Through the preliminary sterilization ability applied researching of copper phosphate, and comparing with the fungicide of copper oxide, the findings indicated that copper phosphate has good sterilization ability and can be acted as one kind of outstanding inorganic copper preparation fungicide with effective and environmental.
