According to correlative paper making national standard, the experiment use chemic methods tomake poplar and rice straw cellulose. Then use the High speed smashing machine and Powerfulcutting mill to smash the cellulose into micron cellulose. Finally analyze properties of micron cellulose withScanning Electron Microscope, Atomic force microscope, -ray diffraction machine, Infrared spectra meter,ESR spectra meter.Absorption moisture of the poplar and rice straw cellulose is very strong, so it easy to reunite.The size of cellulose is 8-10μm. And it appears obvious hole and crack on the wall of cellsometimes arose some micron fibril desquamate. Rice straw micron cellulose is composed ofmicron fibril on edge, but the poplar micron cellulose is composed of micron fibril helically.It is the first time use AFM to observe the micron construction of poplar and rice strawcellulose and micron cellulose. And even found the micron fibril in nano level.It is found thatthe crystallinity of poplar micron cellulose is the highest, and crystallinity of poplar cellulose ishigher than poplar panicle. But crystallinity of rice straw material is different, because thecrystallinity of rice straw is unstable.According to the Infrared spectrum of various material of poplar and rice straw, we found the effect ofdistill cellulose is good. So this short time and low price method can be extended for the making ofnano/micron material.The micron material has better rigidity and tenacity because the coupling of hydrogen key. Thiscoupling including the hydrogen key in form of-OH radicel between two molecule chain ofcellulose border upon and the -OH radicel on the same cellulose molecule chain.The free radicel activity of poplar and rice straw cellulose is bigger than poplar and rice strawparticle. But the free radicel activity of poplar and rice straw micron cellulose is the biggest,even bigger than rice straw cellulose. That is very important to the research of process of woodand straw material.The Mn signal has been found in the ESR picture of rice straw microncellulose, and it maybe appeared because the power between Mn electrons has been weaken.And it is caused by the cellulose has been pick-on and smashed into micron level. It is a greatdiscovery about micron cellulose research.
