Based on the ordinary high chromium cast iron foundation, connected with the experience which in the union long-term production practice summarizes, this article designed one kind of new-style chromium manganese tungsten abrasion-resistant white cast iron. This kind of new cast iron main application on the screw grader, uses for to make the lining iron of screw grader. Through right amount Mn, W element joining, caused the new chromium manganese tungsten abrasion-resistant white cast iron have a bigger improvement compared to the existing white cast iron in each performance. The article has utilized many kinds of experimental method, observing material microstructure, determining microhardness of each structure, analyzed each sructure's organization type and to determine each kind of alloying element micro area content in different structure, has conducted the careful analysis research to the material microscopic organization. Simultaneously through the experiment, has also obtained the material toughness, degree of hardness and so on the macroscopic performance parameter. Unifies the result in the research process which the laboratory obtains, utilized Yu″solid and the molecular experience electron theory″has established the material substrate organization's alloy valence electron structural model, and calculated the substrate organization's valence electron structure according to the model. Through the valence electron structure information, the analysis has discussed between the material microscopic organization and the macroscopic performance inner link. Finally, new chromium-manganese-tungsten cast iron pouring to cast the lining iron of screw grader and carried on the production experiment, the results indicated the lining iron works well, the new chromium-manganese-tungsten cast iron have the fine abrasion resistance energy.The above research results not only established bridge between the microscopic organization and the macroscopic performance related in the abrasion white cast iron,moreover regarding continued to develop the finer abrasion white cast iron and cast steel has the important theory instruction significance.
