The Spiral drum mining atracked vehicle is the first tache ofthe whole series-wound system of deep-sea cobalt crust mining and thefundamental core unit to perform exploitation operation. This paperanalyse the working environment of mining vehicle in the deepsea ,Build atracked vehicle's geometry mould and mechanics mould.Basised on atracked vehicle's mould researched the stability oftrack mining vehicle on traving. The last ,build two atracked and fouratracked Spiral drum mining atracked vehicle virtual prototype, Used thepopular software Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System(ADAMS) and its tool-kid Adams Tracked Vehicle (ATV) makes thedynamic simulation on the four classic ground (flat ground,15degreeslope,0.4m high obstacle and 0.4m wide ditch), the simulating data andanimation of the simulating process are obtained, the stabilityperformances of two kinds of model are discussed and get the conclude.Itaffordes the useful suggestions for establishing the physical model.
