There are many thermal equipment are use in the alumina production process, the equipments can create a large-scale industrial exhaust fume which include heat energy and useful material. They are directly emitted into atmosphere, resulting in a waste of energy and resources, and also a great deal of atmosphere pollution, based on the analyzing the components and the available value of exhaust created by Gas Suspension Calciner, the paper put forward a project that drawing out GSC exhaust from the fume with a steam ejector to heat water which for the filtration washing system. Specific researcher are as followers:1,A feasibility analysis about the exhaust gas remnants heat recycle is researched, a project which recycle the exhaust gas remnants heat create by GSC to heat the water for the filtration washing system is put forward.2,According to the condition on the spot, the ejector design principle and design project are put forward. The multilevel ejector project is proved to be good at saving energy.3,Aimed at multilevel ejector design, the relationship between the compression ratio and ejecting modulus and the numbers in the series of ejectors determination are analysed. In the paper, distribution of the compression ratio and numbers of multilevel ejector are determined based on the academic analysis.4,The multilevel ejector is designed, at the same time the total compression ratio and class-matching experiments have done. Actual application result proved that the new designed multilevel ejector successfully utilize the exhaust gas to heat water for the filtration washing system and enhance the energy utilization rate. The research of this paper gives a theoretical calculation principle for the multilevel ejector design and development. The production can be applied the corporations which produce alumina, also enhance the energy utilization rate in alumina industry.
