Soft Measuring Aluminum Electromagnetic Roll Casting Process Control System

Aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling is a high and new technology with no impurity to aluminum strip. Aluminum strip's quality depends on lots of factors,generally using strip's metallographic performance to estimate strip's grain fineness number.MetalIographic analysis result is got only across offiine manual anlysis,it's hard to realize Online detection.This paper uses soft measure technology to form aluminum strip's grain fineness number soft-sensor.Soft-sensor replaces offline metallographic analysis means,and integrates electromagnetic system into aluminum casting-rolling system.The primary content of this paper cosists of three parts,as follows:1.Analyse effects on Aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling system,find the main effect factors of alumimum strip On the system in existence2.Present soft-sensor modeling method and implement of soft-sensor model.Using RBF neural networks means to establish soft-sensor,dynamic neares neighbor-clustering algorithm to find the center of neurons in radial basis layer, interative least squares learning algorithm to confirm coefficients in special linear layer.3.Implement of process control solution.soft sensor makes closed loop control of system possible.Aiming at the disadvantage of bad adaptive ability and nonlinearity of the Aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling system, fuzzy control strategy is presented in the design of system control strategy.Fuzzy controller adjusts soft sensor's inputs to get optimized result of soft sensor, and then set the optimized outputs offuzzy controller to Aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling system,thereby realize the whole system controlled and optimized.Results of simulations show that soft sensor built in paper has approximation ability, and process control solution based on soft sensor can used to amend Aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling system in existence.The solution in this paper is beneficial to improve aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling quality and efficiency, also provides new ways to next development of aluminum electromagnetic casting-rolling.
