CMR(Colossal Magnetic Resistance) materials have the laser induced voltage effect,a important direction of the application is studying the laser induced voltage effect of CMR in the international. Applying the micro-cell network and a planar heat source model, Zhang Peng-xiang had deduce out the laser induced voltage formula. This paper has carried out measurement of the LITV effect on different period , different dip angle and diversity plate with film time four series multilayer films by using continuous laser as illuminant, has reached a conclusion that the LITV effect of multilayer film is similar to single layer film ,they all obey with the formula deduced by Zhang Peng-xiang.How to improve the sensibility and stability of the CMR film, it is very important. This thesis has studied how to use evaporation to plate MgF2 film on the multilayer film in vacuum, in order to increase the laser transmission effect, to produce bigger laser voltage, to increase film sensitiveness and increase CMR film stability. Through experiment we have find out the condition of plating with MgF2 film in vacuum by evaporating and the growth rate of MgF2 film. By using the continuous 632.8 nm laser illuminant, we discover that the LITV effect of the CMR multilayer film having plated with MgF2 has enhanced one times comparing to before plating with MgF2 film.PLD is a good method, has many merits. Use this kind of method to plates with a film, firstly ,we should produce the compact target material. This paper has studied how to sinter compact and not be oxidized MgF2 target. The MgF2 target Pressure condition is found through experiments, We have discovered the temperature at which MgF2 begin change into MgO in furnace in air. By various sinter methods contrast, we have found a simple method to sinter the MgF2 target.
